-It's great to feel part of a team and like a contributor to the goals of the organization. Messaging about being customer focused from all leadership levels shows we are on the same page and following a same mission. -Have a great open door policy with supervisor to speak on my career goals and how to achieve them here. -Feel personally connected with colleagues during year round fun events.

Cons

-Fast pace of work and changing of priorities. I prefer the fast pace, but it requires being adaptable.
