      HARTING has come along way in the few years I have worked here. The growth alone has been extraordinary as it has not only increased my promotional opportunities, but others as well. The HR team has also been able to increase the number and level of benefits to all of us. It is a real exciting time to be a part of this company.

      Being remote is tough to always feel connected to the rest of the organization, but that is typical of an outside sales role.
