Harting is a family own company that is a global leader in industrial connectors. Working here I feel like I'm apart of the team. They frequently have team building events. Once a year Harting has a business conference where you will learn new business strategies & network with colleagues. This year HBC was in San Diego, CA. The onboarding process is about one week and you will get training on the Han products. Harting is a growing company that is making $1B globally so there is plenty of room to grow here. Compensation & Healthcare is fair.

HARTING is a all-around top-tier employer in the region. That's not to say they are perfect, but the benefits far outweigh the opportunities for improvement. The compensation and benefits package is highly competitive for the company size, and in some cases still far better than larger companies that I've worked for. Additionally, the growth and development opportunities are great if you want to pursue this path. There is a lot of opportunity to demonstrate your abilities to perform at a high level, with lots of visibility upwards and downwards due to being a mid-sized company.
