Great cultrure. The people here are everything. Great technology in a growing industry. You will learn a lot by working with many different end applications from industrial automation, high power and transportation.

Cons

Not many. The management team is always willing to listen to anyone that has issues or concerns and will act on them. They are very willing to alter course for good reason.

If you are looking for a place to grow your skills and enhance your credentials while making an impact, HARTING is the right place to be. Also, if you bring some expertise, and strong ideas, there are opportunities to be had. The organization has several experts in their respective fields (Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Innovation, Marketing, Sales…) so if you have the drive to want to learn and grow you have amazing colleagues to be mentored by, and bounce ideas off. The people at HARTING are another great aspect of the company. Nearly everyone there wants to win. This attitude comes from HARTING’s approach of investing in their employees who are hungry for growth and better opportunities.

Cons

No major complaints. All organizations have to make improvements in some areas at any given time. What I like about HARTING is that they take the time to recognize these needs rapidly and act on them.

The company values their employees. There is a strong commitment to welcoming new employees through an extensive, thorough on boarding process. The compensation, benefits, and other perks are very competitive in the marketplace. Most of all, the culture and environment our wonderful here! Harting knows how to work hard and play hard!

Cons

None that I can think of at this point, Everything has been above average or better! No complaints here! Best employment choice I could have made.
