      Good co-workers and activities, but low pay and job security

      Pros

      Lots of good co-workers, fairly decent work-life balance. Lots of activities outside of the work, this can be a plus and a minus.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low, I have made more at previous jobs. Even a job I started in 2017 paid more than when I started here last year. They do a lot of corporate wide things that, I guess, are supposed to make you feel better about working there, but honestly, I'd rather have the money. No WFH, best you can do is a 3 day in office hybrid. Job security is not what it once was. Some outdated technology. Very long vesting schedule for your 401K and, in some areas, they make you use PTO for national holidays and you have no choice in the matter.
