      Pros

      Good co-workers and an opportunity to see how NOT to run a company.

      Cons

      Very rigid schedule for corporate staff. Flexible hours are a foreign concept, staff are required to be at the office at 8am. Benefits are minimal and the 401k match is an embarassment. The CEO micromanages and makes random, arbitrary decisions because he can.

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Where to begin? All policies are designed to serve the CEO and his bank account. He has actually been heard saying e doesn't care about his employees. Terrible person and he has zero business sense. Look elsewhere! The CEO posted the only positive review!

      Seriously, if I could find one, I sure would list it. Maybe..........nope. can't find a single good quality to say about HCI.

      Cons

      There are not words, in any language on planet earth, to describe how bass ackwards this company is. From the CEO down to management.
