      You can wear jeans on Fridays.

      Cons

      CEO behavior is beyond repulsive. Unprofessional is an understatement. Upper management (Operations/Finance) is power hungry, incompetent in her leadership, unorganized, sabotages employees and gossips about the CEO and every employee. Turnover is high. Good people hang around for maybe a few months if they're patient enough. Everyone hates it because of how toxic senior leadership is. Every decision made is for the financial benefit of the CEO, who could care less about people (reflected in the awful benefits and how he speaks-or doesn't-to others).
