      Pros

      Very few pros, this is a difficult section to write as the pay is horrible, time off is horrible and the benefits are the biggest joke.

      Cons

      Money hungry ego-driven CEO is running the company into the ground. Thinks he is an amazing business man but everyone in the company thinks he is a joke, and he is! All he cares about is working as little as possible, bragging about the vacations he is going on and showing off the new car he bought. All of this while never giving raises, bonuses or anything to actually take care of his employees and show he cares. Worst of all he puts trust into some incompetent people and gives them power when he's not around (which is all the time).

      Pros

      -They did pay me on time -Free coffee -Building is nice

      Cons

      -Extremely low pay across the board while the CEO flaunts his Lamborghini & Ferrari. -I took the job because I was un-employed, so I was forced to take a very low salary. They offered me $1k more than my previous position and were hesitant to do so. -Paranoid work environment, due to high turnover. They fire people in bulk. -Unnecessary happy hours that could be applied to salaries. -Worst benefits I’ve ever seen in the DC area. -Mandatory 8am-5pm even if you are a senior person -NO TELEWORKING -Odd CEO, he smokes cigars all day, looks at you weird, cusses out employees
