Nothing...except for managers who waste their time all day doing nothing. Don't confuse it will HCL Technologies. HCL tech is a whole different company than HCL infosystems. They are taking advantage of HCL brand to hire employees to HCL Infosystems

Please don't join....or welcome to Hell extremely low salary (4k, 6k, 12k per month to fresh joiners from HCL CDC or any other ..etc), Your bills are gonna take ages to get clear...super bad, They force you two serve 3 months notice and wont allow you to buyout even 5-10 days, one you join you'll stuck here coz no company is gonna wait for three months. They put you as OJT for more than two years, HR are extremely non friendly Work culture is super bad, Manager are more in count than the total number of developer, so you will get work after mail has been forwarded to some 15 managers on dead line day..gross. Specifically, they will say that its india's most prestigious project you are hired for, but ultimately it has become the most worst managed project due to HRs only. (If you know what i mean)
