After 1 year you are eligible to move to a different contract.

Cons

What ever you come in at is the job you have access to. If you have HR experience but come in doing help desk, you will only have access to helpdesk jobs. If you ask for help from HR they will tell you to look on the site for something. IF you find something, they may try to move you to it, BUT that is a chance you will be taking. Pay raises come quarterly and what they give is what you get. No arguments.
