      Lots to learn, or HCL will make you learn. Will get a good explosure on technologies. Strong command on process and policies. Work is streamlined and great learning all together.

      Cons

      Recognition of work is missing, micromanagement. Only Manager’s licker world. Work and life is never balanced. Hectic work. Finally salary sucks along with hikes.
