      Pros

      Great benefits. Get paid on time. Co-workers are very knowledgeable and experience. Co-workers are easy to help each other out.

      Cons

      You have to be on the phone for nine hour shift. Management does not have any leadership experience and communication sucks. The worst company I have ever work for. No raises.. The new employees get paid more than the ones that been on the project longer. Please fix it. Management is very disrespectful. Please pay more when it is the employees time to get a raise.

      Pros

      People are friendly. Gives good hike for lateral hires. Immigration team is effective in a way. Currently having lot of clients with short term projects.

      Cons

      Too many process to deal with for the simplest things. Sales team sale out the projects without considering the capability of their tech team. Knowledge level for in house employees are below market. Unrealistic estimates and whimsical project management. Too much of interval politics. Almost every project is running into escalations and resources are working 20 hours a day even on weekends. High level of attrition. Mostly India driven company, doesn't really care about USA work culture. No rewards or recognition for hard work.
