Pros
Interested in getting good contracts at companies. Places available for transfer, pretty decent benefits.
Cons
For a company that puts forward a message of Employees First, they really didn't listen to their employees much. If you made a complaint about something, or made a request for tools to do your job, it was more often that not ignored. I was with the client for more than 7 years, and was a highly trusted and appreciated member from the client's view. Management wouldn't listen to my ideas or suggestions however. We ran at half staff for more than 4 years, and when more people started leaving, increasing the workload of who was left, they still didn't do anything to recruit more talent. Top engineers left the environment, with irreplaceable skills, and management didn't even try to keep them. Working everyone to death, and then telling them that there will be no reward for their efforts is how you lose top talent, which is also how you lose your contracts.
