      Great place to start earning money, not so great for experience

      Pros

      Working remote is always nice. You can get experience from the training they offer, but it's on your own volition.

      Cons

      After training you get put on the bench until they find a project for you, so there can be prolonged periods of time where you're doing nothing and getting paid. Sometimes they will require you to look for projects yourself, so you're basically on the job hunt again after making it through their training. Also not being on a project increases the risk of getting laid-off.

      Pros

      A job and good 401k match. Medical insurance is pretty good as well.

      Cons

      2 week PTO, no raises, no bonuses, no recognition, if you have a good team lead, he will try to fight for you but the battle is lost. You will not win. You will not get a raise and you will not get what you want EVER.

      They give you 2 weeks notice before laying you off.

      You are extremely underpaid for this position compared to industry norms. Suresh Botharaj is an extremely incompetent manager who has seen nearly 20 analysts leave the company in roughly 2 years as he offers no support when dealing with clients while also insisting on in office work for "collaboration". All work is being done remotely for different clients so there really isn't any collaboration amongst analysts unless you are on the same project (not likely), Remote work however, is offered to those that Suresh sees as his favorite. Management plays favorites to Indian employees offering them promotions and other management positions without ever looking to promote from within the company.
