      The health insurance is decent

      Cons

      Poor management, no raises, wage theft, 80 hours of PTO that you can only take after you accrue, so get back to your desk. "Variable/Flexible Work Week" overtime calculation, so if you work overtime, you LOSE money. Jobs ALL misclassified as consultants when we're forced to submit to all of the "client" demands no matter how strange

      Pros

      Best medical insurance around. Very cheap and only a $200.00 deductible.

      Cons

      Nearly everything but insurance. The whole team has been asking for a raise. We haven't gotten one in two years. Our HCL manager told us we will never get a raise or promotion because it isn't in the contract of our managed service partner. Where you start is where you will be the remainder of your time with the company.
