Pay: Was very low, so low that I found something else billed as "entry level" that paid about $15K more a year.
Training: The introductory soft skills training was top-notch kudos to the trainers. The on-the-job training was horrible to non-existent. I knew things were bad when my mentor asked me if I could teach him how to use a certain tool that they admitted that they had never used even though they are Senior level.
Relocation: Pointless and I was never reimbursed. I had to relocate from another state which made zero sense considering I never stepped foot in the office and my colleagues on my project were in different states and countries. I left a highly desirable area for a not-so-much desired area and paid a majority of the costs associated with making the move (breaking a lease, out-of-state movers, etc.) for no reason.
Culture: In my case the culture was horrible. I was given tasks w/ minimal direction or assistance and then scolded and humiliated constantly in front of others.
I was sold something that was too good to be true. I am providing this feedback in hopes that the organization can fix these issues and create a much better experience for others.
