      I have been trying to reach the HR and PF department and sent my details by mail four times and haven't received any update.Nobody responds or even bothers to mail you back.I agree that may companies do not respond soon after you leave the company but this is the worst ever.

      Pros

      Work with some nice and talented people, benefits are very affordable.

      Cons

      Management is in too many cases unqualified to be managers. Quality of service not as important as quantity. Not very family oriented or understanding, 2 weeks per year PTO to be used for vacation as well as sick. Good quality tech's always leaving and new unqualified techs always starting and leaving. Too many services handled overseas so cannot accomplish anything in a timely manner.

      Pros

      I get to work with a smart group of ppl at least on my team. The benefits are "ok", about the only reason I'm still here. I'm full time with benefits, salary, 401k. I've met the CEO while playing ping pong in the rec room during a break, he was very nice and interested in the work we do.

      Cons

      Do not expect much pay (very low end of the spectrum, there is very little job role separation in the work or tier and the pay does not compliment your role, only on the lowest end. If pay is your goal please keep looking. Work life balance exists until about 1 hour before the weekend this and suddenly they have never heard of it, watch out for that. This would be fine if they would give everyone a heads up early in the week as everyone has plans for the weekend and that is very unprofessional.
