      Great benefits somewhat flexible hours. if it is steady state actually very good company to work for.

      Management is very very dishonest. lots of verbal promises and of course they never come through.

      Pros

      Most, and I express MOST of the people are good to work with.

      Cons

      No recognition of doing a good job, 3 days avg of training on a specific job before " go live date" of a project. Bounced around to different desks, projects, groups. Leads and managers are not listening to concerns. Oh, and HR does not communicate well when asked a simple question.

      Decent benefits Competitive pay Good clients Better work/life balance than the big 4

      Cons

      Consulting wing is a consultant chop-shop. Made up entirely of consultants from Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, etc. SAP Consulting is something Axon excelled in, but when HCL bought them, the parent company's culture swallowed Axon. They do not have tools to support a mobile workforce. Consultants still have to save receipts, can't book travel on their own, and generally don't have laptop support.
