Corruption at every level of management. From hiring until ypur release from the company you'll find every management person corrupted. Your factual performance can be overlooked instead more importance can be given to bootlicking. Favoritism is promoted here at every level of promotion. If you need promotion you have to be your manager's favorite, not in terms of performance but again bootlicking and buttering things. HCL policies suck. You need to return the advance monthly pay bonus if you leave company outside the appraisal cycle. Only the corrupted people can survive to work here. Low appraisal for the employees but company won't mind spending crores in unnecessary development of its gardens and architecture.
