Thank you for sharing your experience here with us. In late 2021, we were acquired by Private Equity and this has come with some changes to our organization and we apologize that not all of those changes have been a positive experience for you. With this though, we would like to respond to some of the points you addressed in your review. We know this may come off as defensive, but we truly encourage a continued dialogue if you are willing. Without feedback, we will not be able to grow with the needs of our employees in mind so please don't hesitate to reach out to your past leaders or our HR Team at employee.reviews@hcss.com HCSS has continued to remain a top place to work in Texas, with us placing 4th out of 100 in BuiltIn's "Best Places to Work in Houston 2024" award. This award is given based off benefits, compensation, and overall work-life so we were honored to be placed so highly in the ranking. We have had significant changes to benefits this past year to show for this ranking, with updates to our time off (40 hours of sick leave), a 2% increase to our 401K match, and additional healthcare options such as an HSA Plan. We also reviewed our compensation and continue to review our market rates year by year to ensure fair and equitable pay. Our focus has not only been on how we can better grow and structure our business, but how we can ensure to keep HCSS' wonderful culture alive and well for our employees. Again, we're sorry to hear that your experience here wasn't positive but we do encourage you to reach out to your colleagues/past leaders on how we can do better in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback on your time here with us at HCSS. We know it can intimidating to do so but hearing from our employees, both past and present, is one of the main ways to ensure we are keeping their best interests in mind. To address some of your concerns, compensation is actively being reviewed by HR to ensure a more standardized pay structure across our organization based on current market benchmarking, location, tenure, etc. Within the past year, we have also expanded our benefits and a recent survey shows that 91% our of employees were satisfied with our current overall package. Shifting from an employee-owned company to a privately owned one does come with its fair share of changes, but overall the end goal is the company's and our employee's continued success.
