After a long time in software development, I chanced upon HCSS. I was drawn in by how deeply HCSS is invested in employees' well being and long term growth. Within just a few months, I knew HCSS was the right choice for me. Before HCSS, I knew how to work hard; now I know how to work effectively on the things that really matter. I had led teams and supervised before HCSS; now I know how to lead by example, inspire others, and work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to accomplish goals. I used to view my job as a separate part of my life; something that supported my home life at best, something I dreaded going to at worst. HCSS has changed all that: There is just life now--exciting, special and meaningful, day in and day out. And I have a hard time imagining HCSS not being part of it.
