Work Environment is pretty good.

Cons

They treat support like the ugly step child and acknowledge it's the worst department to work for in the company.

Pros

It is obvious that HCSS highly values work culture and employee health. This came as a pleasant surprise when I switched over from my previous job in a more old-fashioned work environment. My work is meaningful, my efforts impactful, and my days enjoyable.

Cons

The training is brutal for entry-level developers, but once you get through it, work is pretty smooth sailing.
