      They set sales goals to high and make it near impossible to bonus.

      The best part of my job is my customers.

      Cons

      Goals are set to high. Last year our vertical had a 26% goal which it did not achieve and this year is 15%. The goals are then set for the reps by the regional manager and he or she does not like you your goal can be set higher then others. Very poor way of setting goals.
