      Pros

      Employee owned so there are stock options. Competitive salary if you know your worth and fight for it.

      Cons

      Management is all about self promotion and does not look out for its employees. Easily get pigeonholed and advancement in the workplace is only granted to favorites; everyone else remains stagnant.
