      Pros

      Solid company. I haven't met very many people who have not been anything but pleasant and helpful. Work is consistent and steady. Upper management tries to communicate with staff via conference calls regularly. Industry standard benefits.

      Cons

      As with any large company there are the occasional gripes with policies and procedures. Easy to feel lost in the system on occasion. Confusing career development options.

      Pros

      HDR has great management and the supervisors and other engineers really assist you in learning the ins and outs of the job. I was always busy and consistently learning new information. They also have great benefits and offered a relocation bonus when i was first hired

      I can't think of any negative aspects of this job.
