Pros
ping pong table, boss doesn't come in on Fridays, nice location (citi building). It's a very good product and they seem to be doing well in the home care space. Most departments are treated like adults and there's not much micro managing. Work-life balance is actually really good.
Cons
Severe, severe micromanaging and false promises in sales. Ridiculously unreal quotas. Sales leadership is learning on the fly. People are getting canned because they were hired for jobs that should not have existed in the first place. Below market average pay.
