steady work and stable hours

Cons

-terrible benefits department. I was an off-site employee working on a contract with the USPS. It was a nightmare to try to get HR to explain any health benefit options or help with HSA account/FSA account administration and issues. I was definitely not part of the company. Just an off-site worker.

opportunity to work on cutting edge technology, do important work

Cons

personnel are not valued at all. We read in the newspaper about how profits are going up, meanwhile, we are told that all raises are on hold for 3 years. People are used up and tossed aside. As a result we are entering 5-7 year projects with no one on board who has ever done a start to finish project. Leadership has no connection with those who are designing and building.

- Mangers who do know how to do their jobs - working with majority raciest white people - The overtime pay is less then what you get an hour - People do not like changes -Competition amongst different teams in same department -They make you stupid over time
