Pros

Original leasing team was great to work with. Pretty apartments and nice residents. Most of the HR and Corporate Employees were pleasant.

Cons

Borderline ridiculouse expectations on appearence/dress standards. Expected to wear high heels as your cleaning apartments and literally running around the property. Very fake environment over time. If you live on site, expect to drop everything if something needs to be done, even if it's your scheduled day off.

Pros

Very relaxed company, small communities, small number of office staff, extremely expensive and terrible healthcare benefits.

Cons

No bonuses, sometimes went without lunch, company would fix the number of hours worked so that they would not have to pay overtime. must tour during rain storms, and no upward mobility.

Decent hourly wage, convenience of living in the nice apartments, easy sales.

Cons

Micromanagement, 10% discount only, dress code is strict/unreasonable/sexist, insurance provided is sub-par, lack of support, lack of motivational appreciation, lack of opportunity for advancement, slight misleading during the interview process, feels like working in a sorority house, nitpicking, uncouth and unfair display of distrust.
