The good outweighs the bad, but barely

Pros

Smaller company, family owned and operated, decent pay, great benefits, decent opportunity for advancement, fun corporate events.

Cons

Crazy residents, corporate office drags their feet on making decisions, upper management does not listen to its employees, employee discounts are not large enough to make a difference, no commission, older properties get less than new, upper management takes the side of the resident and makes you feel like you don't know how to do your job, constantly changing policies and procedures, changes made do not make job easier, only more time consuming. Do not feel like there is an avenue to communicate displeasures without backlash.

Pros

There really are none, unfortunately. Even though they feed you a pretty story, the company is managed poorly throughout the mid-level, and those who think for themselves are pushed out by high school level bullying.

Cons

Absolutely, positively everything. There are no real pros, this everything from the benefit package, to the hours, to the treatment you have as an employee by management are horrible.

you have a small chance you might like one of your coworkers

Cons

No instruction from corporate, terrible management at EVERY LEVEL, consistently lies to employees and residents, has never heard the word "raise", does not value hard work, has no consideration for employees as humans
