Pros

Great communication, support teams for onsite staff, training (especially marketing). The product they build is top notch and the construction teams really care and it shows. Everyone in the company has a great attitude.

Cons

No cons from my experience.

They did have the best Christmas party for employees I've ever been to.

Cons

Everything else, low pay, no room for advancement, you can work as hard as you can, improve processes, create new and innovative ways of doing things... you will be told "this is the way we've ALWAYS done it"! Raises are a joke - you can be a GREAT employee or a CRAP employee and you get the same percentage as everyone else. Hourly people treated like minions. Gossip and corporate politics are rampant.
