Good company, communicated with their employees, decent benefits.

Cons

Salary was a bit low on the corporate side, particularly in comparison with residential property management (they received nice bonuses and many other perks).

Pros

Upper Management wants to help you achieve your goals. The people who you work with support you and make coming in on a daily basis enjoyable. When opportunities for advancement come around, you are encourage to apply and go through the interview process. Even when being turned down for a position you are given advice on how to advance in the future. Lots of room for growth and advancement as the company is still growing.

Cons

Pay is lower than the competitors around us. Employee discounts are low-the only way to increase discount rate is by getting promoted. (Hard for employees to afford living on sight.)

Pros

Smaller company, family owned and operated, decent pay, great benefits, decent opportunity for advancement, fun corporate events.

Cons

Crazy residents, corporate office drags their feet on making decisions, upper management does not listen to its employees, employee discounts are not large enough to make a difference, no commission, older properties get less than new, upper management takes the side of the resident and makes you feel like you don't know how to do your job, constantly changing policies and procedures, changes made do not make job easier, only more time consuming. Do not feel like there is an avenue to communicate displeasures without backlash.
