      nice campus, desks, kitchens, location

      Cons

      unable to grow due to nepotism, do all the work for the lazy and dishonest management and their pets...hard work and friendly attitude will get you nowhere its entirely about connections A lot of discrimination to non asian employees, sexism, and culture stereotyping. Directors and execs demand bootlicking, loads of gossip/workplace bullying. Tyrant employees are never reprimanded and absolutely no one gets fired, ever. No one is able to make decisions, so expect to work at minimum 60 hours a week

      Training on the insurance industry, the facade of work life balance, weekly famers market

      Cons

      Systemic discrimination based on ethnicity, protected harrasement, forced 7 day a week mandatory overtime, not being allowed to take time off, Imbalanced workloads, insane amounts of gossip and anger from employees, low pay, paying high premiums for their employees insurance plan, belittling employees in staff meetings, constant sexual comments from management toward female employees

      Pros

      Decent health insurance, 401k, and (up until recently) a pension. Stable non-profit.

      Cons

      Low wage, conservative & passive aggressive corporate culture, preaches well-being & balanced work/life but rewards extreme personal sacrifice. Resistant to change, squashes those who are vocal about change. Average workers can stay at this company for their entire adult lives (some may see this as a "pro". Business attire as favored.
