Pros

Flexible opportunities to WFH (within the state), generous PTO accruals (after 6-8+ years), and generally nice co-workers who want to help each other when they can

Cons

Company does not provide coverage for a lot of gender-affirming care for it's trans employees (I was denied coverage for hair removal and face surgeries). Decision makers do not often consider input from lower level staff, company values profits over the lives of customers
