Pros

Overall, it’s an average company. They stopped OT No real training Laid off 286 employees due to Covid, Immediately started hiring all new candidates for the same job you just got laid off for. At least we’re increasing Employment in India.

Cons

Almost all positions are a 1 Year Contract. You aren’t made aware if your contract will be renewed or not. You’re unable to make plans because you’ll still have a job or all your plans stay on hold until a couple of days before your contract end date you are informed that you can take that vacation or you lose money because the tickets you bought are non-refundable. No Job=No Vacation.

Pros

There are little kitchens and dining areas on almost every floor. The company has hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes available in common places on every floor including the lobby.

Cons

The pay rate and pay raises are not great. You pay for your medical, so if you have a big family and would like to cover the whole family (self, spouse and children) you should expect to pay at least $400 each pay check (that includes taxes).

Job flexibility on start and end hours. Nice co-workers and team.

Cons

Only thing that kept me there was my team. Always understaffed so you’ll be working the job of two positions. Archaic computer systems but getting better. Pay is decent to start but stagnates fast. Questionable executive decisions.
