small minded people, lots of cliques, lots of ego stroking to middle management. Upper management can care less. HR is a joke.

Not overly intrusive. ...people are nice

Cons

Somewhat patronizing. Low pay. Apparent instability at exec management level. Hard to maneuver through systems because security is so tight. Lack of training opportunities. Lack of real communication from management.
