This company will drain the life out of you, beat you into submission then treat you like a number that doesn't matter. They don't care that their long time talent is fleeing in droves. My direct manager is a mean bully in the work place with absolutely 0 leadership skills or even a clue. Its all the good ol boys club and not what you know but who you know.

- Low compensation for the amount of stress (WAY below other remote jobs out there) - Most of the staff were outsourced to Firstsource or laid off in 2021 in Foundational Services & IT - Management lack proper skills and micromanage everything; no empowerment - Horrible company culture; no worklife balance (they work you to the bone and it’s gotten worse since WFH; there are no boundaries and they expect you to work whenever they need you) - When staff were outsourced to India & Philippines, the people remaining had to work late nights Hawai’i time because the contracting company still lack proper skills to do the work! - They monitor everything you do; managers watch your WebEx to see when you turn yellow (away) and how long - There’s no opportunity to grow
