- exceptionally kind and caring employees who want to make a difference - better salaries than many, but only for analysts and above - spouse (but not domestic partner) benefits - retirement matching (6 years' vesting though)

Cons

- no training or support for new managers below director level - mediocre PTO - culture of perfectionism and working while on vacation - some employees have at best paternalistic opinions of the populations they work with (people with mental illness, people on Medicaid) - rely on employee initiatives to drive change, not organizational soul-searching (which is desperately needed)

Pros

Stable company attracts good talent along with higher end technical solutions. Get exposure with some of the best products and vendors.

Cons

Executive turmoil and their conflicting relationships forcing certain vendors and companies to be used without proper RFQ and analysis. Tossing money away for consulting of things we never needed to begin with. Favored consultants are not even decent in caliber.
