Free gym and lots of good places to eat around the office.

Cons

Understaffed. Unrealistic deadlines. No pension anymore and they charge you a lot for staff parking.

Pay is decent. You get 30 minutes off the clock break for lunch. They have a nice little lounge. The benefits aren't too bad.

Cons

Workplace was toxic. Employees often micromanage and do not properly train workers.

Terrible management. 40% of my team quit in a month. Do not work in membership services!
