HMSA preaches well-being, but demands that you give up your personal time to meet unrealistic deadlines and complete impossible tasks. If you don't, you're lazy, you're letting your team down and disloyal to the company. Don't be surprised if your manager guilt trips you into working long hours, weekends and holidays.
Understand that nothing is good enough. Despite putting in long hours and attempting to learn without adequate tools, they will only remember your mistakes. It will leave you feeling sad, angry, defeated and worthless.
