Good health care benefits Company is well-intentioned in trying to improve everything at once

Cons

Compensation is well under market average No attention to career growth or skill development Too focused on operational practices to adopt an innovative mindset Company doesn't empower anyone below an AVP position to make a decision Company cannot prioritize its initiatives, resulting in too many efforts being worked on simultaneously by resources that are stretched thin, resulting in none of them being completed with a high level of quality Disconnect between executives and everyone else

Pros

Great people and mission. Many long term employees. Excellent work atmosphere and location.

Cons

Worked for subsidiary so exposure and access to Senior executives was minimal. Not much effort to tie work of the mother-ship to that of the subsidiary. Little to no job training.

Cons

Company doesn't invest in developing its staff. No skills development or mentoring programs. Middle management is often neglected...little support for managers, directors, or junior vice presidents. Its a good place to work an 8 to 5 job but a difficult place to make advance a career.
