Opportunity to learn several brands, gain experience in a very diverse work environment, hone in on the relationship skills necessary to succeed in this business

Cons

Expectations vs reality when it came tobudgeted labor, sales, and cog was terribly skewed. Associates are union. Work-life balance is nonexistent- worked over a month without a day off with most days typically 14+ hours. Continually understaffed so it becomes the norm for some management and associates (those that really do not care) to do bare minimum for fear of having a nonexistent staff.
