Upper management If you are in a role of leadership, it's very hard to accomplish things to get your quarterly bonus checks. Hard to get help from maintenance, kaizan techs and RCI engineers and manufacturing engineers. Stressful

Cons

Leadership tends to overwork their employees, depending on the department. It almost de-incentives an analyst-level employee because you can see how much work is required to reach management level.
