      Warm and friendly faces make up the majority of the facilities. Members have a strong work ethic and passion for the work that they do. Dynamic environment that will challenge you.

      Cons

      There is a relatively lean culture which can put more stress and hours into the job which ultimately affects work-life balance. While there is a lot of opportunity across operating companies, the salary often falls short of the job expectations until you reach those upper level management positions.
