      Pros

      willingness to change, constant focus on improvement, plenty of career opportunities, promote movement and growth within the company, culture, coworkers

      Cons

      management structure is very confusing (ex. vp's reporting to vp's,) sometimes there can be a lack of direction, benefits could be better

      Pros

      Great culture. Felt like a family there. People celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, births and even sent notes to members who's family members passed.

      Cons

      Work from home option not allowed. Most people are 35 min + away which makes for a horrible commute during the winter.

      Pros

      the industries they participate in are exciting (design, ergo, workplace, productivity, etc.). the factories are well run and lean. good quality.

      Cons

      CEO is psycho with explosive temper, throws stuff, screams, and then demands you go to church. weird mix of crazy and religion in a dirty little migrant worker town. the board is a powerless collection of unemployed or college teachers. nobody is going to hold mr. crazy accountable. case study in why to separate chairman and CEO roles and why a strong board is vital.
