Profit sharing, vacation hours plus bonus vacation hours for perfect attendance, cross training, opportunities to move up in the Company

Cons

in the departments I have worked in, at least, there exists a lot of favoritism, easy job makes the people find other ways to entertain themselves, ie. drama.
