Pros

Really great group of engineers, who were very welcoming and patient with me as I was learning all of their technologies like Pro/Engineer and PDMLink. I learned a lot about the Engineering Design industry.

Cons

As a high school intern I got the really monotonous jobs no one else wanted to do. Learning Pro/Engineer was very difficult at times.

Pros

They really do try to improve the "member culture" and try to make it a great place to work.

Cons

Unfortunately they are not able to keep up with salary trends, especially considering they are also implementing a lean culture. They are located in an unfavorable town, and are unable to pay up for commuters. The result is a revolving door, and many employees leave for a higher paying salary with better hours, it's unfortunate.
