Flexibility, good people to work with, chances to move up in positions. Good benefits for yourself and family. Learn many things.

Cons

Lack of communication at times between management and employees. Sometimes work consumes a lot of your time; especially during the busy peak.

Good benefits and salary and opportunity to move around the company.

Cons

People will step on you on their way to the top; take credit for your work. You can get far if you are willing to suck up and work a ton of over time. It is a "good ol' boys club". Way to many chiefs. New grads get treated better than long time employees.
