Pros

Company values work/life balance compensation benefits Co-workers Company has good financial diversity outlook is good profit sharing

Cons

IT Leadership CIO has to go Kris Rao has outsourced key departments of IT department creating a image of ineptitude of the entire department. IT customer service/satisfaction is at an all time low! “Hexaware” the firm he seems to have some sort of relationship with, is the company the IT department has been forced to use for several projects and outsourcing, even when there have been far more qualified and cheaper companies bidding for the same projects.

Pros

-Great place for an engineer to get their career started. 1-3 years. -Hands-on experience. Great lean manufacturing mentors. -Currently a lot of younger people, but there is a lot leaving or getting outsourced right now. Met a lot of my friends here. -Usually out of work on Friday by 2-3 pm

Cons

-If you don't want to become a manager they don't care about you -Some managers will deny grad school with little to no reason -Does not pay you what you are worth. They pay you whatever everyone else is making even if those people are worthless. -Will stop raises/bonuses but increase bonuses for higher-ups whenever they feel like it -Has an "employee-first" motto, but they could care less -HR does not take or implement any feedback
