      Pros

      Excellent financial stability leads to being able to sell with confidence. I've always had excellent managers, although like any company, not all are.

      Cons

      Re-orgs are getting old, but that is likely changing with the new CEO. Middle management can be slightly disconnected depending on the group you are in.

      great place for growth and many things that can be worked on to get good hands on experience and really helpful people

      Cons

      little advice by the upper management and shop floor people very reluctant to change
