      Pros

      The company is really a Technology leader hence the products with clear USP's are design from decades ago. Clear strategy is missing and too many changes happened during last 3-5 years.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees and are busy with internal politics. Everybody seems to be only interested in own career.
